All SPT products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. SPT will replace any of its products or component parts there of which prove defective within 12 months of the date of shipment, provided the product has only been used in a single shift operation and in accordance with operational directions of SPT. However, SPT liability is limited to replacement of such defective parts or components and SPT shall have no liability for labour, consequential damages or special charges. This Warranty in lieu of all other representations.
